Can the box be secured outside my house?
YES, the Box can be chained or bolted to the wall or ground through fixing points provided

Do I have to leave the box outside my house?
NO, not all the time. The box can be secured outside when a delivery is expected.

Does the box need an external power supply?
NO, the box requires no external power supply. The main power for the box is supplied from 4 AA batteries which will last for two years of normal use.

How big is the box?
The standard box is 55cm x 50cm x 40cm (22" x 20" x 16") to maximize the number of common parcel sizes it can accept. Smaller and larger box sizes will be available in future.

Does the box come in different colours?
The standard box colour is dark green with a light coloured lid to ensure that it reflects as much sunlight as possible to keep the contents as cool as possible. Alternative colours may be offered in future.

How much does the box cost?
The box cost will be such that it sits within the range of mail delivery boxes which are currently available, with the added benefit of being able to give a real proof of delivery and means to check the delivery before accepting it.

Are the contents and the box covered by my insurance?
YES, depending on the insurance policy. The contents and the box can be covered as a secure outbuilding.
